Woodland Heights Medical Center in Lufkin, TX is seeking a Director of Cath Lab to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and Cardiac Rehab. You will oversee operations, staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

This senior role collaborates with cardiology, anesthesia, nursing leadership, and hospital administration to drive performance, optimize throughput, and ensure readiness for surveys and accreditations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Cath Lab ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and resource utilization across Cath Lab and Cardiac Rehab.
• Monitor performance metrics; implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and regulations.
• Develop staff education and professional development programs.
• Coordinate with executives and cardiology teams on strategic priorities.
