Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL seeks a part-time Cardiovascular Tech to support cath lab procedures. You will assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic and interventional angiographic cases under physician supervision, using a range of equipment and techniques and delivering safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program with cardiac experience.
• Two years of Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
• Current CVT or RTR credentials; RCIS must be obtained within six months.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Operate and adapt to equipment and technology used in the cath/EP lab.
• Uphold safety guidelines for patients, staff, and self; communicate effectively within the team.
• Maintain flexibility to work varied hours and shifts as needed.
