Job summary

Mayo Clinic Jacksonville is seeking a Cardiovascular Technology professional to assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision. Requires competence with cath lab equipment and cardiovascular devices; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Graduate from CVT or Radiography program with cardiac experience; two years cath/EP lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology or Radiography program.
• Two years Cath Lab or EP Lab experience preferred.
• Current CVT or RTR credentials required; ACLS and BLS certifications upon hire; RCIS certification must be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, performing, and completing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Maintain safety guidelines and foster teamwork in the unit.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient patient care and equipment readiness.
