Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a skilled cardiovascular technologist to assist in diagnostic and interventional angiography procedures in a fast-paced setting. You will work under physicians, handling a range of equipment and ensuring top patient care while maintaining safety and teamwork across shifts.

Applicants should be trained in cardiovascular or radiology programs with required certifications and be prepared for varied hours in a collaborative environment at Mayo Clinic Florida, Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular program or radiology program.
• CVT or RTR credential required; ACLS and BLS certifications required upon hire.
• RCIS within six months of hire; RCES after EP experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing, performing and completing diagnostic and/or interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Maintains competence with equipment and technology used in procedures.
• Provides comprehensive patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Fosters teamwork and effective communication in a dynamic clinical setting.
