Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a skilled angiography technician to assist in preparing and performing diagnostic and interventional angiographic procedures under the supervision of a physician.

The role requires graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience, with possible EP lab exposure; ability to work varied hours. ACLS/BLS on hire, RCIS within six months, RCES after 2 years.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited cardiovascular or radiology program with cardiac experience.
• Cath lab or EP lab experience is preferred but not required.
• Two years in Cath or EP is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to adapt to varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, performing and completing diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures under physician supervision.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital policies and safety guidelines.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication and flexibility in duties.
