Methodist Midlothian Medical Center seeks a Cardiovascular Tech RCIS to support invasive cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab under physician supervision. The role focuses on assisting with technical aspects, monitoring, and equipment operation.

Required credentials include an associate or bachelor’s degree in a science field or equivalent healthcare experience, plus AHA ACLS, RCIS certification, and ARRT/TX RT(R) if RCIS not held. Cath lab experience strongly preferred.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare experience.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• RCIS certification or ARRT/TX RT(R) in lieu of RCIS.
• Licenses and/or Certifications required and preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist as monitor tech during cath lab procedures and interpret EKGs.
• Operate imaging equipment under physician direction.
• Assist with scrub and circulator roles and prepare for procedures.
• Transport patients and maintain sterile technique.
• Stock and manage supplies for the cath lab.
• Demonstrate knowledge of medications and procedures.
