Job summary

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, seeks an Associate Director of the Cath Lab to lead clinical and operational functions, quality initiatives, and budget management. This role requires ARRT CI or RCIS/RCES or ARDMS with Cardiac/Vascular certification and a minimum of 3 years in a Cath Lab.

The position is full-time, exempt, and located at Banner Boswell with some travel to Banner Del Webb.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 years related Cath Lab experience.
• ARRT CI, RCIS, RCES, or ARDMS with Cardiac/Vascular certification.
• ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of clinical care management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centered care; optimize clinical, operational, financial outcomes.
• Drive quality and process improvements; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate communication of initiatives across department and facility.
• Manage unit budgets and resource utilization; analyze trends.
• Develop staff leadership; support career growth and succession planning.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, retention; coach and evaluate staff.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards; protect confidentiality.
