The Associate Director, Specialty Procedures is an integral part of the leadership team and is responsible for many duties in the Cath lab including circulating, monitoring, and documenting patient procedures. Our amazing leaders continually provide leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel as well as active participation in department shared leadership and facility wide committees. Schedule: Full time, EXEMPT. Location: Banner Heart Hospital, (6750 E Baywood Ave) Ideal candidate will have RN or Radiology Tech license, and have experience in Cath Lab, IR, or EP.
This position provides managerial and clinical support to patients and staff. Uses depth and breadth of clinical management knowledge to ensure the provision of high quality, safe, and cost effective patient care. Demonstrates clinical expertise and oversees the leadership of clinical, financial, and personnel management of the assigned areas.
