Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive catering orders and coordinate service with customers; plan events and ensure cost-effective pricing.
• Ensure preparation, delivery, and display of catering items are completed to standard.
• Schedule team members for events to ensure coverage and service quality.
• Maintain budgets across food, labor, and operating costs.
• Oversee the care and operation of delivery vehicles when relevant.
• Follow up on all catered events and liaise with management on menu concepts.
