The Catering Supervisor holds the crucial responsibility of supervising multiple aspects of catering events, which can include the set-up and breakdown, food preparation, cooking, and distribution. The Catering Supervisor will play a role in establishing and overseeing department policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
Level of Education and/or Experience
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Certification: Serve Safe Certification and any other jurisdiction
certifications and formal courses in institutional cooking and food services sanitation desired
Experience: Experience in healthcare, contract or similar food service environment and documented formal
training in food service sanitation is preferred but not required
