Job Summary

PART TIME, EVENT BASED, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV FORUM, MILWAUKEE BUCKS, AND MARQUETTE EAGLES

1. Reports to Catering Management
2. Assure all BEOs for building drops/events have been read, completely set, and executed
3. Oversees setup, clean, and organize catering spaces on non-event days
4. Assists in keeping catering storage spaces clean and organized
5. Assists any team members with their events/rooms however business needs see fit
