Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, service, and cleanup of functions. Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the GM of Premium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements; address last-minute changes and resolve issues.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Demonstrate understanding of menu items.
• Instruct staff on work expectations for catered functions.
• Assist staff in setting up rooms to specifications.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to locations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Return food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for food preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
