Job Summary

Summary: Coordinates catering staff schedules to ensure timely delivery, serving, and clearing of functions. Prepares and serves food under the supervision of the GM of Premium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Determine workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup; address last-minute changes and resolve issues.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally.
• Demonstrate understanding of menu items.
• Instruct staff on work expectations.
• Help staff set up rooms as specified.
• Assemble and deliver food and supplies.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Return equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature following HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment and supplies.
• Follow approved recipes and standards for food prep.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
