Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for 14Forty on a part-time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. • Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday: Evenings
• Thursday: Evenings
• Friday: Evenings
• Saturday: Evenings
• Sunday: Evenings

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure delivery of impeccable food and customer service
• Monitoring KPIs and targets through regular communication with your line manager
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards for compliance

• Passionate about great-tasting food and customer service
• Minimum of two years catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate
