The Catering Supervisor oversees the entire catering operations within a unit. Responsibilities include taking catering orders, scheduling drivers, preparing and producing catering food, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the catering area, and working directly with outside customers and guests daily.
The role involves supervising the preparation, presentation, and service of food, and interacting closely with catering and retail employees, as well as restaurant managers.
