The Role at a Glance:

We are looking for a skilled, experienced Catering Supervisor to join our Constellation team at Bandwidth in Raleigh, NC. As a Catering Supervisor, you will oversee and manage catering events and services to ensure their success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of events and services.
• Manage catering staff.
• Ensure courteous, prompt service for all functions according to established guidelines.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new associates.
• Perform any other necessary tasks.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least three years’ experience in catering, foodservice, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of event implementation.
• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
