Responsibilities

• Coordinate total catering operations, including booking events and staffing.
• Oversee preparation, service and cleanup for multiple catering ops.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain effective client rapport and partnerships.
• Lead annual marketing plan for catering, including collateral and budgets.
• Set service and presentation standards; ensure compliance and consistency.
• Introduce new services to grow base business and retain clients.
• Stay ahead of catering trends and advise clients and staff.
