LifeWorks Restaurant Group, an independently operated division of Aramark, is seeking a Catering Manager in New York to lead catering operations and design events that inspire and delight. You will collaborate with clients, manage a talented team, and ensure flawless execution from start to finish in fast-paced environments.

The role requires a proven background in delivering exceptional catering experiences, strong leadership, and a passion for food and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Catering qualification at diploma/degree level preferred.
• Strong people management skills with experience in high-volume hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering operations and ensure flawless event execution.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships to drive catering revenue.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Train and lead staff, maintain records and performance data.
• Provide regular feedback and coordinate team meetings and huddles.
• Manage budgets, events, and staffing for varied event sizes and scopes.
