The Role
Under the direction of the Catering Manager and Premium Service Director, the Catering Coordinator is responsible for servicing all catering food and beverage orders accurately, organizing and maintaining suite holder information, and assisting with suites event day operations as needed.

Job Description:
The Catering & Special Events Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the special events and catering department. This role involves planning and executing assigned events and assisting the Sr. Manager of Special Events.
Goals:
The Coordinator will work closely with department managers to gain experience in event planning, creating BEOs, and venue catering. They will develop knowledge of special events planning, BEO creation, and on-site catering services.
