Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals and beverages, answer questions about items and allergens.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and confirm with guests.
• Monitor guest needs and address concerns with professionalism.
• Attend to duties that may vary by account and client requirements.
