Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or changes.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about allergens and preparation.
• Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen; confirm orders with guests and process them in the correct sequence.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractive, appetizing, and consistent plating.
• Monitor guest needs; respond to requests and address concerns professionally.
• Attend shifts on time and comply with schedule; perform other duties as needed.
