Chick-fil-A Easton and Chick-fil-A Hamilton Quarter in Columbus, OH seek a Catering Sales & Marketing Manager to drive catering sales, local marketing, and brand growth across two restaurants. You will own B2B outreach, community partnerships, and social media direction to support growth.

You will lead a small team including a Catering Coordinator and Marketing Coordinators, coordinating efforts across both locations with data-driven goals and timely execution.

Chick-fil-A Easton and Chick-fil-A Hamilton Quarter in Columbus, OH are hiring a Catering Sales & Marketing Manager to lead catering sales, local restaurant marketing and brand growth across both restaurants.

This is a hands-on role for someone who owns B2B catering sales, business development, community marketing and social media direction, builds strong relationships, and turns ideas into plans with consistent follow-through.

You'll lead the sales and marketing strategy across both restaurants, working alongside a Catering Coordinator and designated Marketing Coordinators who support local execution.

What You'll Own

• Catering sales growth: Win new catering business, grow recurring accounts, and retain and reactivate existing customers. Your Catering Coordinator handles day-to-day orders and fulfillment.
• Business development & partnerships: Lead outreach to local businesses, schools, churches and organizations. Plan and run business blitzes and build lasting community partnerships.
• App growth & guest engagement: Own Chick-fil-A App growth goals and guest engagement strategy, and partner with restaurant leaders to drive in-store adoption.
• Marketing & brand direction: Set local store marketing strategy, social media direction, campaign priorities and messaging for both restaurants. Your Marketing Coordinators create social media content and run local campaigns.
• Events & activations: Turn ideas from ownership and the team into clear plans with goals, timelines, delegated tasks and measurable results.
• Leadership & accountability: Provide direction, coaching, and accountability for the Catering Coordinator and Marketing Coordinators, establishing clear priorities, measurable goals, and consistent follow-through across both restaurants

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for the Chick-fil-A brand. You know what sets Chick-fil-A apart, and you have a clear, personal reason for wanting to build your career here
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, B2B sales, business development, catering sales, account management or hospitality leadership
• Proven ability to build relationships and grow revenue through outreach and partnerships
• Experience leading or coaching a team, with strong delegation and follow-through
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects across two locations
• Strong communicator, comfortable representing the brand in the community
• Comfortable with data: tracking sales, app growth and campaign results
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits and travel between restaurants
• Open Availability for 45–50 hours per week, Monday-Saturday
• Willing to support restaurant operations when needed, as all Chick-fil-A leaders do
• Chick-fil-A or restaurant marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications, with estimated annual earnings of$55,000-$65,000, including anticipated overtime based on a 45-50-hour workweek. Actual earnings depend on hours worked.
