Chick-fil-A Howland is seeking a Marketing & Catering Sales Coordinator to grow our brand in the Howland community. This entry‑level role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, events, and business development, with mentorship from a strong local leadership team.

You’ll represent the restaurant in the community—building relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations, growing our catering sales, and creating promotions and events to draw guests through our doors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Interest in marketing, sales, communications, or business.
• Comfort with social media and basic content creation (Canva, photos and video).
• Organized and self-motivated, able to manage several projects and follow up on leads.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits and events.
• Open availability for some evening or Saturday events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow catering sales by building relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations to bring in new catering orders and repeat customers.
• Digital marketing: create and post content for social media, track engagement, and help promote offers and events online.
• Plan and run in-store events, seasonal promotions, and guest experiences to drive traffic and sales.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Howland at local events, school functions, fundraisers, and sponsorships.
• Help create flyers, local ads, and outreach campaigns that promote catering and in-store sales.
• Keep simple records of sales leads, catering orders, and event results to measure success.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership and catering team to ensure a great guest experience from first contact to delivery.

Location: Howland, OH (in person) Pay: $20–$23 per hour Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Chick-fil-A Howland is looking for a creative, outgoing Marketing & Catering Sales Coordinator to help grow our brand in the community. This role is great for someone early in their marketing or sales career. You'll get hands‑on experience in digital marketing, events, and business development, and you'll be coached and supported by a strong local leadership team.

You'll be the face of our restaurant in the community: building relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations, growing our catering sales, and creating promotions and events that bring guests through our doors.

All Chick-fil-A leaders must be willing to support in restaurant operations as needed.

What You'll Do

• Grow catering sales: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations to bring in new catering orders and repeat customers
• Digital marketing: Create and post content for our social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), track engagement, and help promote offers and events online
• In-store events and promotions: Plan and run restaurant events, seasonal promotions, and guest experiences that drive traffic and sales
• Community events: Represent Chick‑fil‑A Howland at local events, school functions, fundraisers, and sponsorships
• Advertising and outreach: Help create flyers, local ads, and outreach campaigns that promote catering and in‑store sales
• Track results: Keep simple records of sales leads, catering orders, and event results so we know what's working
• Work closely with restaurant leadership and the catering team to keep the guest experience excellent from first contact to delivery

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and involvement in our local community
• Interest in marketing, sales, communications, or business. A degree or coursework in these areas is a plus but not required
• Comfort with social media and basic content creation (Canva, phone photos and video, and similar tools)
• Organized and self‑motivated, able to manage several projects and follow up on leads
• 1–2 years of marketing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience. Internships, school projects, and club leadership count
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits and events
• Open availability is preferred. Availability for some evening or Saturday events as needed
