Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton DFW North in Irving, TX is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue by selling guest rooms, catering, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities to corporate and social clients.

You will develop presentations, proposals, and event packages; conduct site tours; build relationships with local businesses; and coordinate with Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Operations to ensure flawless events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel sales, catering sales, or related hospitality sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business while maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
• Sell hotel guest rooms, catering services, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities to corporate and social clients.
• Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and customized event packages.
• Conduct site tours and inspections for prospective clients.
• Build relationships with local businesses, event planners, organizations, and community partners.
