PM Hotel Group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager in Irving, TX to drive group and catering revenue. You will solicit new business, present proposals, conduct site tours, and close contracts while collaborating with F&B and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in hotel or catering sales, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build relationships and win new business.

What You'll Do

• Proactively solicit new business while maintaining relationships with existing and past clients.
• Sell hotel guest rooms, catering services, meeting spaces, and banquet facilities to corporate and social clients.
• Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and customized event packages.
• Conduct hotel site tours and inspections for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, event planners, organizations, and community partners.
• Participate in networking events, professional associations, and community activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate event details to ensure client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Meet and exceed established catering sales goals and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, follow up on leads, and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Where You've Been

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales, catering sales, or comparable hospitality sales experience.
• Strong understanding of catering operations, banquet services, and event planning.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with hotel leadership and operational teams.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
