La Posada Hotel is searching for a Catering Sales Manager to generate new business and maintain strong relationships with clients for catered events. This role involves sales, planning, and coordination to deliver exceptional experiences.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow catering revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts for catering events.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Conduct site visits and menu tastings with prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends to identify competitive opportunities.
  • Handle negotiations and manage client expectations.
  • Prepare sales reports and track progress toward revenue goals.
  • Promote catering services through networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

Experience:
