Spire Hospitality, in partnership with Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton in Orange County, seeks an experienced Catering Sales Manager to drive meetings, banquets and catering revenue. You will manage accounts, solicit new business, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure flawless service.

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of our Sales & Catering TEAM, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's catering sales function. As a Catering Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage accounts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while actively soliciting both past and new business. The goal is to achieve or exceed all revenue targets.
Compensation: $75,000-$80,000/Annual
