Job summary

Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton, managed by Spire Hospitality, seeks a full-time team member to deliver exceptional guest service within a stylish Orange County setting.

You will prepare and deliver food and beverages, welcome guests, and maintain a clean, efficient service area, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Prepare food and beverage trays and carts in anticipation of incoming orders, ensuring everything is ready for prompt service.
• Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen, verifying that each order is complete with all food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, and condiments.
• Warmly welcome guests by serving beverages, breads, and butter to enhance their dining experience, and graciously replenish as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
• Swiftly refresh tables, and diligently reset all service-ware to create a welcoming and immaculate environment.
• Replenish and restock side-stands, to maintain smooth operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Deliver best-in‑class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
• Prepare food and beverage trays and carts in anticipation of incoming orders, ensuring everything is ready for prompt service

Compensation:

$17/hour

Physical Demands:

• Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
• Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment
• Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurant and kitchen areas

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Food Handlers Certification required
• No prior experience Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Additional language ability preferred
