Job summary

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is seeking a Sales Manager dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of our Sales & Catering team. Manage accounts, drive group sales, and coordinate with departments to ensure seamless account servicing.

The role requires proven sales experience in hospitality and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel; Delphi and Hilton PEP experience preferred. Compensation is $75,000-$80,000 annually with potential quarterly incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience preferred; previous sales experience required.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; Delphi and Hilton PEP experience preferred.

• Drive group sales by proactively seeking new business opportunities and responding promptly to inquiries
• Lead and manage the efficient sale of guest room nights and room rentals within the Sales & Catering Division

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless account servicing
• Build and nurture strong relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, civic groups, and businesses

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of our Sales & Catering TEAM, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's sales function. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage accounts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while actively soliciting both past and new business. The goal is to achieve or exceed all revenue targets, including room nights, average rates, and room rentals.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience preferred
• Previous Sales experience required
• Confident utilizing MS outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience with hotel Delphi and Hilton PEP preferred
