Job summary

SPIRE Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to lead group sales and drive revenue for our Anaheim properties. You will manage accounts, solicit new business, and coordinate across departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on optimizing room nights and event rentals within the Sales & Catering function. The position requires at least two years in hospitality sales, strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with Delphi and Hilton PEP.

Qualifications

• Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience preferred.
• Previous Sales experience required.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Delphi and Hilton PEP is preferred.

• Drive group sales by proactively seeking new business opportunities and responding promptly to inquiries
• Lead and manage the efficient sale of guest room nights and room rentals within the Sales & Catering Division

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless account servicing
• Build and nurture strong relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, civic groups, and businesses

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of our Sales & Catering TEAM, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's sales function. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage accounts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while actively soliciting both past and new business. The goal is to achieve or exceed all revenue targets, including room nights, average rates, and room rentals.

Essential Job Functions:

Compensation: $75,000-$80,000/annual + potential quarterly incentive bonus

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

Experience:

• Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience preferred
• Previous Sales experience required
• Confident utilizing MS outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience with hotel Delphi and Hilton PEP preferred
