Pay Range: $65,000-70,000 annually

Job Summary

The Catering Sales Manager acts as the main liaison between clients and the culinary and operations teams, managing client relationships from planning through execution to ensure sales and profits are achieved while delivering "The Levy Difference."

Responsibilities

1. Manage client timelines and contracts
2. Collaborate on menu planning and manage client details related to food and beverage
3. Guide clients through planning and communicate their vision to internal teams
4. Conduct site visits and meetings with clients
5. Ensure catering services exceed guest expectations and maintain quality standards
6. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members
7. Gather feedback for operational improvements
8. Support company initiatives and respond to guest service issues
9. Execute menus, promotions, and programs as directed
10. Use Levy systems for purchasing, sales, and reporting
11. Achieve sales and budget goals, enforce safety and sanitation practices
12. Manage team performance and foster a positive work environment
13. Complete reports and ensure billing accuracy

Job Requirements

• Effective communication skills in English
