Job Summary

As a Catering Sales Manager, you will act as the liaison between clients and our Culinary and Operations teams, managing planning processes up to 18 months in advance, and ensuring the delivery of "The Levy Difference" through analysis and implementation of objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing client timelines
  2. Executing contracts and managing payments
  3. Collaborative menu planning
  4. Managing client details related to food and beverage
  5. Guiding clients through their planning process
  6. Communicating and directing execution of client’s vision with internal teams
  7. Conducting site visits and meetings with clients
Operations
  • Ensuring catering services exceed guest expectations
  • Presenting Levy catering services effectively to guests
  • Communicating client needs clearly to internal teams
  • Having location-specific food and wine knowledge
  • Securing food and beverage selections in advance
  • Maintaining attention to detail
  • Holding team accountable to service standards
  • Delivering Heartfelt Hospitality consistently
  • Maintaining show quality standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Gathering feedback to improve operations
  • Supporting company initiatives
  • Addressing guest service issues
  • Executing menus, promotions, and programs as per standards
Controls
  • Using Levy systems accurately
  • Achieving sales and cost goals
  • Following safety and sanitation practices
  • Enforcing responsible alcohol service policies
  • Completing required reports timely
  • Ensuring billing and payments are complete

Job Requirements
  • Effective communication skills in English
