The Elliot Park Hotel is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to proactively grow new business while managing current accounts to meet revenue targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to win high-profile events and ensure exceptional service across all departments.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, detailing weddings and social events, and coordinating with the banquet team for successful execution. Strong communication and PMS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury or upper upscale hospitality operation.
• Proficient in managing and using sales automation and PMS systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including service recovery.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple demands.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business and manage existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Prepare and execute sales action plans, negotiate rates/contracts.
• Sell and detail social events including weddings.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure flawless events.
• Maintain product knowledge and price structures and promotional offers.
• Input client information into the Sales Information Management System.
