Job summary

InnVentures IVI LP is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown, WA. You will solicit new catering accounts, entertain and sustain relationships to meet revenue goals, and coordinate client events to ensure exceptional service and profitability.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of weddings and prospecting for new sales opportunities, with the ability to manage and service client functions while maintaining high product and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of progressive hotel or related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Willing to work flexible, long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new catering accounts and sustain relationships with existing accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Coordinate and service client functions to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Interact with outside planners and vendors for event setup.
• Maintain pricing integrity and propose upscale menus for clients.
• Manage the function diary and optimize space for maximum revenue.
• Assist staff on the floor during functions and participate in required training.
