Job summary

Superhost Hospitality is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive revenue for social and corporate events. You will plan weddings, galas, fundraisers, and other social functions while meeting revenue goals and developing strong client relationships.

Requirements include catering sales experience in a hotel, high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CMP is a plus. Weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering sales within hotels is preferred and desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• CMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan weddings, galas, fundraisers and other social functions.
• Meet and exceed revenue and proactive sales activity goals.
• Acquire referrals from existing accounts and clients.
• Develop relationships with clients through frequent communication.
• Prepare hotel communications such as BEOs and resumes on deadlines.
• Collaborate with Banquet Manager and Banquet Captains to ensure service levels.
