Job summary

HUNGRY in Seattle, WA is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and nurture client relationships. You will build rapport with decision makers, close deals, and contribute to the team’s revenue growth.

Responsibilities include daily outreach, crafting proposals, managing CRM, coordinating with marketing and chefs, and delivering high-touch service from proposal through delivery. The role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive base plus uncapped commissions, and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in full-cycle catering sales in high-volume environment.
• Experience prospecting leads and maintaining target lists.
• Ability to sell into multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience creating menus considering food safety and dietary restrictions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospective and current clients.
• Provide high-touch customer service to all clients and manage relationships.
• Create proposals and enter orders with attention to detail.
• Verify data for catering events and ensure payments are processed.
• Log sales activity in CRM and track progress toward quotas.
• Collaborate with chefs/vendors on menus and work with marketing on promotions.
