Job summary

Paris Baguette in Towson, Maryland is seeking a dynamic Catering Sales & Business Development Representative to grow our catering business across Towson and the surrounding Baltimore County area.

The role focuses on identifying new catering customers, building long-term relationships, and expanding recurring catering accounts while coordinating with store leadership on larger opportunities. Commission-based with flexible scheduling makes it ideal for a results-driven networker.

Qualifications

• Has experience in sales, business development, catering sales, hospitality, restaurant sales, event sales, or community outreach.
• Is comfortable approaching businesses and developing relationships with decision-makers.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Is persistent and comfortable with outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new catering customers throughout the local market.
• Conduct outbound sales through phone calls, emails, in-person visits, networking, and community outreach.
• Develop relationships with corporate offices and businesses, medical and dental offices, hospitals and healthcare organizations, schools and universities, churches and religious organizations, apartment communities, hotels and event venues, coworking spaces, event planners, nonprofit and community organizations, government and professional offices.
• Introduce prospective customers to Paris Baguette’s catering menu and capabilities.
• Distribute catering menus, promotional materials, samples, and special offers to prospective accounts.
• Develop recurring catering accounts and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Work with store management to coordinate larger catering opportunities and special customer requests.
• Represent Paris Baguette professionally at networking events and community gatherings.
