Qualifications

• Ability to prepare meals and reheating as required.
• Comfort with delivering food by vehicle or foot.
• Capable of multi-tasking between front and back-of-house duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Review prep sheets for food preparation.
• Begin and complete baking/food preparation.
• Assemble catering food in baskets, trays and bowls.
• Make deliveries by vehicle or on foot as assigned.
• Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation.
• Perform FOH or BOH duties as required.
• Handle clean up duties and trash disposal.
