85°C Bakery Cafe in Las Vegas, NV is hiring Bread Bakers, Cake Decorators, and Separators. You will produce and prepare high-quality bakery products, decorate cakes, and package finished goods for sale. The role emphasizes food safety, consistency, and timely production in a fast-paced environment.

We offer internal growth, comprehensive training, and a team-oriented culture. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred; early morning shifts are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in bakery, cake decorating, food production, restaurant, or kitchen preferred.
• Must be able to speak English and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week for part time; 32 hours for full time.
• Early morning, weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, decorate, assemble, or separate bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Measure, mix, prepare, and finish products following procedures.
• Decorate cakes with precision while maintaining presentation standards.
• Separate, organize, package, and prepare finished products for sale.
• Monitor product quality throughout production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work area and follow safety rules.
• Operate, clean, and maintain bakery equipment and appliances.
• Meet daily production schedules and deadlines.
• Assist with inventory rotation and quality control.
• Cross-train and support other bakery or storefront tasks as needed.
