Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Takes and modifies catering orders by phone and online; enters orders into POS.
• Resolves customer concerns with manager approval.
• Assigns deliveries to catering staff and ensures on-time execution.
• Prepares and serves catering food, ensures cleanliness and organization of the catering area.
• Participates in sales activities such as follow-ups, menu drops, and events.
