Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual and able to follow recipes precisely.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of culinary techniques.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet production timelines.
• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Team player with willingness to assist others.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe/food handler) preferred.
• Previous catering or professional kitchen experience required.
• Weekend availability preferred while seasons vary.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, prep lists and production timelines accurately.
• Prepare food and present dishes in a modern, visually appealing manner.
• Maintain a clean station and assist with dish, trash and recycling.
• Portion, package and organize food for off-site events.
• Coordinate with Chef and catering team to ensure timely, complete events.
• Be flexible and support the team during busy production days.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
