Trademark Venues, LLC is seeking a dependable Kitchen Prep Cook to support our culinary operations for weddings, catering, and special events in Southern California venues. You will prep ingredients, organize workstations, and help ensure timely production while maintaining food safety standards and quality.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability and attention to detail, with opportunities to grow within our expanding company and take on additional duties

Qualifications

• Must have previous professional kitchen experience.
• California Food Handler Card required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce ingredients—wash, peel, chop, slice, portion, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats per recipes.
• Follow prep lists, recipes, and schedules to ensure timely, consistent production.
• Assist with food production for weddings, catering events, and special occasions.
• Package, organize, and prepare food and supplies for transportation to event venues as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and proper storage of ingredients.
