• Willingness to drive a catering vehicle and obtain ServSafe within first year.

Responsibilities

• Pack all necessary equipment for events using event sheets and checklists.
• Organize and label items clearly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, serveries, and storage areas.
• Recreate and rearrange food labels as needed.
• Assist with deliveries: receiving and unpacking.
• Relocate excess product to storage and maintain location inventory.
• Pack/unpack catering vehicles with non-food items before service.
• Assist with event cleanup after service.
