Job summary

Aramark at Campbell University in Lillington, NC is seeking a Catering Services Worker to support event operations, set up and serve guests, and clean up after events. The role involves transporting supplies, assisting with banquet setups, replenishing food and beverage, and maintaining clean service areas.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or catering experience and can work event-based hours. You will follow safety policies and complete required food handling and alcohol service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous catering experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the required dress code as assigned.
• Must be available to work event-based hours.
• Must complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event order.
• Transport and deliver catering food and supplies to the event location.
• Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other equipment as requested.
• Replenish food and beverages during events.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events.
• Pick up and clean up deliveries after service.
• Break down and clean area after events and return equipment to storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
