• 2-3 years of Catering Operations / Events experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Skilled in leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup and breakdown and oversee onsite and offsite catering events with BOH/FOH supervision.
• Present invoices, process payments, and balance sales/receipts.
• Execute event timelines, adapt to changes and coordinate with Sales & Catering.
• Coordinate with onsite AV/Technical team for equipment setup/breakdown.
