Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a safety culture, supervising catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Books events, selects and costs menu items, pricing as needed.
• Assists with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinates activities with internal departments; participates in management meetings; interfaces with vendors.
• Represents Aramark and clients at meetings and events.
• Ensures sanitation, organization, and safety standards with checklists and supervision.
• Participates in catering training programs and helps develop training for hourly staff.
• Aids implementing Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
