The Catering Service Worker Lead at Aramark is responsible for supervising catering operations across central and satellite locations, ensuring brand standards are met and safety is prioritized.

You will oversee staff, coordinate events, book and cost menus, and partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver exceptional service, while promoting sanitation and training initiatives for hourly and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting required.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise catering operations including staff coordination, setup, service, and breakdown for events.
• Book events, select and cost menu items, and price as needed.
• Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and participate in management meetings.
• Interface with vendors and client organizations.
• Represent Aramark and the client in meetings and events.
• Ensure sanitation, organization, and safety standards with checklists and supervision.
• Participate in catering training programs and help develop training for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
• Support implementation of Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
