• Coordinates activities with internal departments and vendors; participates in management meetings and client relations.
• Represents Aramark at meetings and events and ensures sanitation, organization and safety standards using checklists and supervision.
• Supports catering training programs and helps develop training for hourly, part-time, and student employees.
• Aids in implementing Aramark OpX Catering initiatives and guidelines.
