Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, deliver memorable guest experiences, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of Panera dishes for events. You will respond to inquiries, plan menus, and uphold food safety standards.

You will also promote catering to local businesses and schools, support managers and teammates, and help build a welcoming culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering catering services or events is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle inquiries.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate order deliveries to events and ensure timely arrival.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
