Qualifications

• Prior catering, banquet, and event setup experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required or obtainable where state law requires.
• Food handler or alcohol server permit may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meet with function group leaders to discuss setup and changes.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures per recipes.
• Deliver food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Serve and clear food and beverages for guests.
